SOMA MYSTICA LEVEL ONE FOUNDATIONS TRAINING: Pre Recorded, Self Paced & Evergreen - Our Globally Accredited Modality, teaching Trauma Informed Somatic Therapy
2 x 1:1 with Sigourney via ZOOM - one at the start of the program to download your vision and one available for you to book throughout the duration of the 12 months as a follow up
Year long Mentorship with Sigourney Belle - fortnightly calls to support you into your own embodiment & with landing your body of work into the world
PRIVATE ACCESS to Sigourney and her team via a Telegram thread
AFTER THE PROGRAM IS COMPLETE

A Practitioner portal for ongoing support which includes one teaching call/month.
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to be signed onto the yearly certification pathway as a part of this training. This gives you access to our trainers portal and monthly mentorship calls in business to support you in landing your work in the world.
