Breathwork isn't for everyone.
It can be aggravating and actually create trauma regression in certain types of clients - those with PTSD, complex trauma and hypersensitisation of the nervous system (limbic system impairment).
This is why we created our Parasympathetic Breathwork modality.
A gentle formula, this breathwork modality is appropriate for anyone Our facilitators learn how to work with and listen to the intelligence of an individuals nervous system and to go at the pace that their nervous system is asking.
We don't avoid catharsis- it just isn't our focus. If that comes up, we allow it to move - but there is no PUSH and no DESIRE for anything to "happen" in a session.
With gentle nervous system practises combined with Tantric and Daoist philosophy, we weave together gentle subtle energetic work with grounded philosophy and practise.
